To perform human resources functions supporting Training, Recruitment, and Receptionist areas
Essential Job Functions:
Provide for OJT and formal training data entry
Maintain student scheduling
Track and issue drivers licenses (1200 in the system to date)
Track license expirations
Track recurrent training for 585 people
Track recurrent notices monthly
Maintain Training record files and archives
Assemble reports
Conduct inventorys
Assist in the delivery of students to the work center
Act as receptionist for students and customers regulatory agencies
Print certificates
Assemble class folders
Tracking rehire eligibility
Filing
Collecting pre employment data from contract houses ie; background checks, drug test results, etc.
Preparing, and mailing new hire packets
Scanning document for the share drive database
Keeping copied documents stocked
Coordinating information with Maintenance Secretary
May help with orientation
Tracking per diem break requirements
Copying documents for I-9 verification
Relieving Receptionist during break, lunch, and after 4:00 pm. Operating Telephone System by routing a high volume of both interoffice and incoming calls and by patching company employees and base tenants through to outside lines
Experience:
One to three years experience in an administrative or Human Resources position preferred.
Certificates/Licenses:
Valid drivers license required.
Education/Training:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
