1. Ensure all Technical Center records/logs are properly documented and assistance for each subject, trouble call, is provided in a timely manner. 2. Provide technical assistance and direction to line station personnel to resolve unscheduled maintenance problems. 3. Provide assistance and direction to field maintenance personnel when Save All Serviceable Hardware (SASH) Program procedures are being used. 4. Provide assistance and direction to field maintenance personnel when Parts/Pool Borrowing procedures are being used. 5. Provide assistance on deferred maintenance items, when required. 6. Must have a working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations. 7. Other duties as directed by the Technical Center or as required by the General Policies and Procedures manual.
