Job Purpose:
Assist the Executive assistant in coordinating the daily functions of the office
Essential Job Functions:
Answer phones for marketing and recruiting
Respond / distribute faxes and e-mail requests
Receive / distribute incoming mail
Gather / assemble information for Friday morning marketing report
Attend Friday morning marketing meeting
Assemble Monday morning marketing meeting goals
Submit travel requests for marketing / sales personnel
Issue purchase orders / check requests
Fill out / turn in payroll roster report
Organize / execute work on Management Review
Update EHI Contact list and bid sheet list
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Ability to adjust rapidly to changing circumstances and priorities
Ability to interact with all departments and clients to represent Evergreen in a professional manner.
Professional office procedures, and knowledge of office machines and multi-line phone system
Proficient in word processing, use of spreadsheets, compiling and reporting information and Internet research
Maintain confidentiality
Education / Experience:
1-2 years experience in an administrative assistant or comparable position. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and Internet.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Requires eye hand coordination and manual dexterity, corrected vision to normal range and ability to communicate effectively.

Telephone, personal computer, printer, copier, and fax
Work Environment and Conditions:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and with limited exposure to physical risk.
