Responsibilities include sourcing candidates for a diverse group of companies in the areas of transportation, aviation, sales, finance, and operations. Building rapport with candidates, hiring managers and key industry business partners is vital. The successful candidate will have a well-developed network of candidates and/or the skills to build the network. The desire and ability to work in a high volume, rapid response, and multi-tasking environment is essential. Occasional domestic and international travel required. |
