Position is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the Museum's educational initiatives while facilitating the museum to play and active role in becoming a resource to the community, schools and youth organizations. The incumbent must have at least 3 years experience in an educational setting or working with students. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Aviation or Education. Must have strong organization skills and work well under pressure. Candidate must be able to work after hours and weekends. Team player attitude and leadership ability a must.
