The incumbent will be responsible for all areas of workers compensation and safety as well as provide critical leadership in policy negotiations with insurance companies. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in workers compensation and safety; possess strong analytical skills, excellent negotiations ability, a thorough understanding of state and federal OSHA requirements and be a clear communicator, both verbal and written.
