Aerial Application Evergreen performs reforestation activities including erosion control, aerial reseeding, fertilization and herbicide treatments. Evergreen is able to meet your helicopter application needs, no matter how small or large the project. Evergreen utilizes the Bell 206 series, Aerospatiale Lama, MD 500D/E, Bell 205 and Bell 212 helicopters to support a wide range of aerial application projects. Evergreen's experience also includes combating major insect infestations with large spray projects in over 20 countries worldwide. In 1974, Evergreen launched one of the world’s largest spray projects with the World Health Organization to eradicate the black fly in 13 West African countries. Thanks to Evergreen’s efforts, the cycle of blindness that has affected millions is now nearly non-existent. Today this project continues from satellite bases in Togo and Bioko. |
